What to look for in an offer.

When you receive an offer, remember that you want the best price and terms for you. Don't just look at the price. There may be other terms that can be good for you as well.

Such terms might be the buyer will pay all of the closing costs, they buyer will take care of any repairs, or even a quick close date if the buyer is pre-approved.

Remember to take your time and look over the whole offer to see if it is something that you want.
